Therapy can help develop skills to better navigate the things causing you stress.  My specialty is addressing anxiety and helping someone at a point of transition.  I've spent much of the past 20 years helping people during a period of adjustment (medical diagnosis, new baby, job or school stress for examples).  I work on helping a person understand their reactions so they can help calm their nervous system and have some self-compassion for reactions that didn't feel great.  Once someone can approach their problems with calm focused energy they are in a much better position to make decisions.  I use an eclectic approach that can be tailored to your needs.
